Exchanges for Size Issues
If you need to exchange an item due to size issues:
- The shipping fees for returning the item to us and sending the replacement will be borne by the customer.
- The shipping charge for exchanges is ₹200.

Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is the wrong size or defective:
- We will provide you with an exchange at no additional shipping cost.
- KnitNap will bear the shipping charges for such exchanges.

Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

2. Once approved, return the item to us.
3. After we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange.
4. You can expect the delivery of your exchanged product within 7-10 days from the date we receive the returned item.
